How to show hidden files and folder?
The android device provides to hide files in a secret folder. There are multiple system files and folders are hidden in your mobile device and, no one can view these files and folders without your permission.
If you want to show these hidden files and folders so, you can follow the steps given below.
There are some steps to show hidden files and folders.
1st Method(Demonstrated using Vivo Phone):-
This method is demonstrated using Vivo y12 phone. so there is a chance that this method will change in your phone based on phone company UI.
Step 1: First of all, go to the menu and open your file manager app on your mobile.
2: And then click on setting option.
3: Here you can see the Select show hidden files option, you have to only turn on this option.
4: After that, Your hidden files and folders will be visible on screen.
All dotted folders are your hidden folders. Friends, in this way we can easily show hidden files and folders on our mobile without any app.
2nd Method(Works on approx all phone):-
In this method, we use a chrome browser for accessing our file manager. Itβs works on any smartphone that have a chrome browser. so letβs do it.
So, first of all, go to the Chrome browser and search file:///sdcard/ then press the enter button.
Here, you can see all files and folder that exists in your file manager, and also you can see hidden files and folders and you can access it very easily.
- for example, I created a new hidden folder name ABC in the File manager. and, we can show this Hidden folder through this method.
- In the below image, you see that I created a new hidden folder named ABC.
After that open your browser and search file:///sdcard/ and press enter. Now the ABC folder will be shown. That is our hidden folder.
